Tasha's designs by Orly Zucker  takes all necessary measurements that your order will be delivered on time. Nevertheless, Tasha designs by Orly Zucker, has no control over your local postal services therefor, Tasha designs by Orly Zucker cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery neither any delays which are the result of customs and country policy.

 
Looking after your Tasha designs jewelry

We hope that you are delighted with your Tasha designs jewelry.
To keep your jewelry sparkling, we recommend that you follow these few simple care instructions.
You should avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, washing dishes engaging in sports or working, in particular, you should avoid contact with perfumed products and chemicals.
When you are not wowing other people with your Tasha Designs Jewelry, we recommend that you keep your jewelry inside its original pouch to help prevent tarnishing.
Should you need to clean your jewelry, simply wipe it gently using a soft polishing cloth to remove any dirt and tarnish

Return Policy
 
We want you to be delighted with your Tasha Designs jewelry and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the following terms:
You must contact Tasha Designs by Orly Zucker within 7 days of receipt of the goods, via e-mail
All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt
The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by Tasha Designs.
All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items
All exchanges or store credit will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
This does NOT apply to any customized and personalized items. Those items cannot be returned.

 

Warranties

 

Tasha Designs by Orly Zucker items are made to the highest standard using quality materials. To prolong the life of your items, so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come; we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions.

Should it be necessary, Tasha Designs by Orly Zucker will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge, for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewelry for a small fee. Please contact us via email, to arrange this prior to returning your jewelry 

We regret, however, that any damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.
